Kyoko Suzuki is ordinary girl, she lives in her hometown in Okinawa, Japan with her family. But she keeps having dreams of the past, thinking they're just dreams, she ignores them. Then one day, she meets Master Fung while she was out shopping. He tells her he can sense great power within her and asks her to join his Xiaolin Temple because the greatest evil will soon go after her and use her powers for their own evil purpose.
