Y/n tries her best to live life to the fullest, but it's hard with the cards she was dealt. Living paycheck to paycheck, she has no time to do anything but work and attend her college classes. She lives in a decent apartment building but her personal residence is the smallest and has several issues. She pays less rent than everyone else, but who wants to live in an apartment that barely functions?

What happens when the one and only Spencer Charnas moves in next door? Will they bond or will Spencer also grow to dislike her? And will the fact that Y/n is a fan get in the way of a friendship between them?
