Kaliyah, or Kali, Hecate just wanted to be left alone and to leave her old life behind. She did everything in her best capabilities to avoid that curse of a town that she used to call home. Even going as far as isolating herself from her cousins.

During that time, a tragic accident occurred, which caused her to no longer speak. She thought she could trust someone, but it turned out that she actually couldn't, and it backfired on her. So, she just stopped trusting people completely, especially men.

Returning to her old home, Haven Falls brought back more bad memories than it did good ones. She hated it. But her cousins needed her, and she knew that she couldn't isolate herself from the world forever. But after returning, she immediately knew that things were different.

That things have changed. For better or worse? She doesn't know.
