Chapter 1: Betrayal

On Halloween night, Shelly and her mom were attacked by a vampire. Only Shelly survives to become one. While adjusting to the changes in her life and rebuilding the relationship with her dad, she vows to get revenge. When she discovers that her attacker is closer to her than she thought, she wonders if revenge is worth it. She learns that good and bad isn't always simple.
