When Josh Smith, a loyal, kind young man, finds himself an outcast of the cops of space, the galactic federation's new victim to poke, he embraces his outcast status and maybe goes a bit too far to prove what they've made him. But when two spies cross paths over the same goal, to what lengths will they go to to learn the truth? Will they even unintentionally smooth out the other's rough edges on the way?
