Description
Feeling forever smothered by her large family and small town on Batuu, Cami gladly accepted a job onboard a droid freighter, hoping to see new places and get a little more excitement. She just wasn't prepared for how much "excitement" she'd get the day pirates attack the ship looking for blood and the two droids smuggled onboard. Sure, Cami has heard of the Resistance (and has suspicions about the First Order), but she'd never planned on joining the fight. But the more she sees, the more she realizes just how important the war is... and just how dangerous. She's got no business fighting pirates, let alone the First Order! She's just a kid! But maybe she owes this much to an old friend. And these two droids that need her help have no one else. In Battu's orbit, Black Spire Outpost, Sleezelslak's cantina, a Jedi temple hidden on Batuu, and the wilderness surrounding them, Cami finds more excitement than she was ever looking for in her own world. She just hopes that she can stop the First Order from ruining her home. And that... she can survive it all.
