Clarke Griffin, striving to own her father's company, hard-working, rich and used to the New York city girl lifestyle, cannot stand being snowed-in in a stranger's cabin so shortly before Christmas. She has appointments to attend, work to get done, people to meet.

Lexa Woods, inn-owner in the small town Frostford, planned to have a couple of calm days in her cabin up in the mountains before Christmas and did not prepare to take in a stranger. And then a stranger like Clarke.

But sometimes, cabins (and their owners) can be so charming, and unexpected company can be so fun.
