Max Callahan becomes a cybernetic wolf thing and lives as an outcast. A young Rebecca "Becky" Santiago finds him on a bike ride and together they try to get Becky famous while Max discovers his new powers. But little do they know, Vitel Baskerville also knows of Max's existence, and wants to use him to his best advantage.
