In what can be explained and understood, we find comfort. But we know that the universe does not always offer answers to the questions we ask no matter how much we seek them. Over generations, we have gathered around the warmth of a campfire and heard stories that could have only ever be imaginable in the nightmares we pray so dearly to stay away from. While we should not jump so fast into believing them, we must also ask ourselves of what lies beyond, for can we really be sure of what might be next to us as we sleep or what we can not even comprehend? In this book, you will be given the chance to read a couple campfire stories of my own. Some may be true and others may be fiction, but neither will be revealed to you as the true beauty of these stories is the fear of what can not be known without experiencing them first hand yourself. So I ask you this. Are you up for a little scare? I hope you brought your marshmallows.
