This book is a work in progress. I started a different story about a year ago or so, but slowly lost interest as I was writing it. My heart just wasn't in the story anymore. So I started writing this one. Drew is fresh out of high school with her whole life laid out in front of her. She goes to spend her last summer before college at her father's lake house on the coast of Florida. But things don't go according to plan as she finds herself locked up in the basement of a strange man's expensive house. Drew knows she should be scared, but it's hard when her captor is so...sweet? **CONTENT WARNINGS** This story contains: -a storyline involving stockholm syndrome -mild physical abuse aspects -18+ content (smut scenes) -kidnapping -talk of parental abandonment **I AM NOT GLORIFYING STOCKHOLM SYNDROME, NOR AM I GLORIFYING KIDNAPPING.
