Hailey and Matthew's families grew up together through hockey tournaments and lake house trips . From a young age Matthew was always very attached to the younger Hughes girl even giving her the nickname solely for him little mouse and her to him Matty Ratty but eventually Matthew got drafted by the Calgary flames and got busy with playing and traveling and well Hailey got busy with school and eventually culinary school . what happens when the two adults run into each other after years apart and realize they both live in Miami .
