Description
Wren Killoran finds herself working in a very odd restaurant/bar. After her aunt Aggie passes away, Wren inherits the Sapphire Lotus from her. When she meets the people that she will be working with, as well as the customers, she realizes none of them are like her. None of them are human. So now, a very human girl is thrust into the unnaturally dark world of the paranormal and fantastical. Wren will undergo many trials and hardships as the owner of the Sapphire Lotus, but at least she doesn't have to do so alone. But one night, when they're about to close up, the most evil creature she's ever met comes along. And when Wren comes face to face with this new being, it doesn't end well. And now, Wren is hurt badly and might not survive. So what will her friends do to keep her?
