Rem Tayuka and his half Rito Kaguya were ophans whose parents were killed during a villain attack but were able to survive on their own with the help of Nezu who was a good friend of their father and as they were growing up they both were separately bitten by radioactive spiders that gave these two quirkless boys Spider powers which gave birth to the two friendly neighborhood Spider-Men.
