Chapter 1

After the events of Arc 6 Subaru finds himself sent back to the world of his origins along with Rem. Facing this harsh reality Subaru must find a way back while trying to stay alive, because even though this world appears far less dangerous than the world of witches and mabeasts, monsters live among the people disguised as humans, normal in every way - except for their craving for human flesh.

This is a Re:zero and Tokyo ghoul crossover. The story takes place after arc 6 in Re:zero and at the beginning of Tokyo Ghoul. I'm trying to write this in a way where it will still be enjoyable for even those who know only know Re:zero but also enjoyable for those who know both.
