Run away from here and from every single soul present here. But my heart tells me otherwise. It tells me Xavier loves me and I must fight. "He has changed" I mutter; doubting the statement I just made. "Xavier can never change, Aven. A cheater stays a cheater forever no matter what". My eyes shift to the grass; contemplating on what to do or say. I'm confused. I don't get what is even going on here. Why is Calix even upset? It's my life, my love and my choice...right?? I hear Calix's voice from a distance. His words stop me in my tracks. "I love you" My beating heart stops for a second. "I love you, Aven", he repeats.
