Dawn is trying to live her very human life away from the eyes of the wolves who now mingled with humanity. When the wolves descend on her small Washington town for a peace treaty she meets Dax and everything she knows changes as she finds out what is true about the creatures who go bump in the night. Can she accept this new world she is forced to become a part of?
