Two twins wake up in a weird place, what will they discover?

They look up and see a big wheel with all the days of one year. Soon, they figure out how this game works. Their birthdays are placed on a collar around their neck, only if their birthday is selected poisonous chemicals inject into their esophagus. Everyday, 10 - 15 people die. And only one can survive this game.

Will the twins survive? How will both of them escape?
