Bloodclan is as strong as ever once the original four clans left the forest. Three new clans have since taken over, and allowed Bloodclan to become a clan too.

But with prey so scarce, tempers begin to flare, and the cats of Bloodclan gradually divide into two categories; Foxstar's supporters and Blackclaw's supporters.
