After being named quirkless, Izuku Midoriya gets sold by his mother to the facility the C.E.F. However his twin sister Izumi Midoriya decides to pretend to be quirkless when she found out that's the reason her brother was sold. With Izuku, he finds himself with 3 new squad members all quirkless. After a C.E.F man showed up he did a experimentation to give Izuku a quirk along with his new friends and he's given the callsign: DEKU.
