In an alternative reality of the early 20th century, Dr. Shelley Ellström accidentally creates a link between the worlds of the dead and the living.

Chaos ensues at the creation of thousands of spiritual possessions.

Ellström, herself now possessed and aided by a secretive team of investigators ( including escape artist Harry Etoile, and scientist Nikola Tesla), attempts to fix the situation but is threatened by an ancient evil she inadvertently revives.

Ellström discovers that spiritual possessions can have positive outcomes as the dead help her combat the demonic force.

Death is no longer the end.
