Izuku decides to join one of Class 1-A's sleepover parties and after a 'special event', talking to an embalmed hand, they accidentally summon something during the progress.

Soon after, the viridian-eyed boy dreamt of a man with violet hair, sitting on a rooftop looking up at a night sky.

After a few days with the same dreams, Izuku decided to paint it, causing a demon with the same features to appear in his dorm room the next morning.
