After an accident that Tartaglia refuses to talk about, the now ex-Harbinger finds himself in Mondstadt and looking for enrolment in the Knights of Favonius. Except, the Hydro Archon decides it isn't his day, as he's forced inside some random bar to hide from the rain.

But the Tsaritsa seems to be on his side! Because Archons, the bartender should not be this pretty.
