Midas finds himself trapped in the future after a failed forced amputation attempt by the wealthy Kado Thorne lands him in his vault. Reluctantly, he accepts a deal that involves working with Kado Thorne using his golden touch to increase the value of his collection. Sooner than later, however, Midas will find himself unwilling to leave Kado's side.
