Chapter 1

In our world exists shifters of all kinds. Most have become extinct or endangered but the two most common kind, wolf shifters (werewolves) and horse shifters can be found all over the world. Alexa lives in her family of horse shifters but most can turn into their horse at a young age. Alexa, however, cannot. But on her 16th birthday the biggest secret that neither her nor her family knew is revealed and she will face a life of terror, betrayal, surprises, and discovery.
