Prologue

A district slowly gets taken over by the mafia. The citizens barely notice the difference in their day-to-day lives but when they turn on the news, it becomes increasingly clear who is ruling the place.

From bodies being found in the waters of the Han River to the different CEOs from companies disappearing into thin air, it's clear the police are losing their power, getting overruled by those they are hunting.
