The Day Before Hogwarts

Amelia Banks was living a perfectly normal life with her mother and father in the United States when her father suddenly dies while working in Ireland for the Ministry of Magic. Suddenly, her life is completely uprooted and she is in a country she's never been in away from everyone she knew but her mother. She needs to slowly get used to living in this new world with people she's never met.
