100 years ago, the calamity Thanos appeared and mortality wounded the chosen hero Hiccup Haddock while protecting Princess Mirabel. The champion Elastigirl (Helen Parr) leader of the supers, Barley Lightfoot chosen champion of the mythical creatures, Mason Moe Wolf or Mr. Wolf chosen champion of the mutants, and Princess Rapunzel chosen champion of the Corona Kingdom all have fallen to Calamity Thanos's forces. Now waking from his hibernation 100 years later with no memory of who he is, Hiccup must free the divine beasts where the champion spirits are trapped and free this land of Calamity Thanos once and for all.
