April 15th, 1965: A Day That Altered the Course of History. After a meteorite introduced 'Powers' to Earth, Society experienced rapid advancement. In just a few decades, people born with these exceptional powers were marginalized and excluded for reasons beyond their control.

Isaac Tagami, at only 13 years old, now finds himself in the midst of this chaos. Although he despises Desbine City and its residents, the boy is compelled to respond to a society in dire need of help.
