Our world is being terrorized by the alien beings call The Noise, who turn humans into carbon ash. The only way to combat this threat, is with the powers of ancient relics powered by song. The young women who wield these relics, summon the anti Noise armor called Symphogear, fight to protect humanity from the alien threat.

However, it's not just the Noise that's the problem. An evil robot warrior from another planet plans on conquering the earth, turning the Noise into his robotic army. Our only hope lies in the Symphogear users as well as some new, unusual allies.
