Part 1

Dakota Ford had been on her own when the apocalypse started, her uncle quickly having gotten bitten and her family nowhere in sight. About a month in, she met a man named Rick Grimes, who took her in as his own. He made a promise when they first met that he would help her find her family. But four years into the apocalypse, that promise slowly began fading away.
