Su Xing, the second-in command of the Angel's Federations after the Lord God were forced to enter every low rated novel to change the storyline so that it could enter at least a mid rated novel. It was all because the Lord God suddenly went offline and all the books to be rated need to be checked by him!!! HIM ALONE!!
