In the near future where the winx have became nothing but legends.
The time wheel will reawaken them from the pages of the fairytale books that the residents of the Magic Universe enjoy, or atleast used to, before the Magic Universe was conquered by an evil fairy, the most powerful fairy in the entire dimension, she defeated all the magic schools single handedly and now reigns over the dimension.
