Ivy and Rose have been best friends for life. One day the find a note in their favorite meeting place, a cove near the sea. The note was slipped inside a conch shell. It stated that they were both sisters, and they were daughters of the sea queen, Coral. One day Rose goes missing and they must use their powers to survive. Can they do it or will the rebels take them by storm?
