Eva Williams lives in Pre - Project x72 London, a life where Project x72, an all powerful ai, has taken over the city. With all electronics being voluntary eyes and ears for the ai, Eva is very limited with what she can do.

However, after the death of her best friend, she doesn't let that stop her. She vows she will take back all of hope and joy those machines stole. She will take it all back.
