Chapter 1

A Walk in the Rain is about April with her five-year-old son, Jameson moving back to her hometown, Cherryville, NC after a separation from her ex-Trevor. She moves into parents' home and has to start all over. April has to learn to either move on from the past or keep her focus on her ex.
