Reiko Hood aka Robin Hood is one of the best vigilantes Japan has ever seen. Always stealing from the rich and giving to the poor. Though that means she also has to steal from the pro heroes. Though never getting caught she is wanted for the "crimes" she has done. Though shockingly three pro heroes know her from there past and one student from UA knows her.
