This story takes place in the Naruto era where everything was smooth and ofcourse Itachi dint killed his clan (as it was not needed) and dint joined the akatsuki instead he was the leader of the anbu after Kakashi retired and Naruto just joined the anbu team with sasuke. And their age difference....8 years as Naruto is 17 years old and Itachi is 25 years old...
