Christo faces a long prison sentence after murdering his husband. While in prison he meets Arnoldo, an old man who shot someone in an armed robbery. The old man is insane, at least that's what Christo thinks at first. The thing about Arnoldo is that he claims to speak to God. Christo doesn't believe in things like that. He stopped believing in God long ago. But Arnoldo sees something in Christo; something that God told him was very special and now it's up to Christo to uncover his gift.
