I find that writing my thoughts down often doubles as therapy... It helps me work through how I am feeling in that moment before it gets overwhelming. I started writing these short pieces a couple years ago when things started getting dark in my life. I hope you find peace in at least one of my pieces. enjoy xx p.s. some pieces are cringe, others less so, but these are my unspoken thoughts - unfiltered, raw, and emotional.
