Prologue

"Not this time again, I want to catch them now", I said. "They are too fast riders Tyler we can't catch them today ", Mack said. "Hell no, I m tired of chasing them, I want to find all of the people, in that gang, why we are always late", I yelled to my whole group. Again they were able to run away from us, and all we know about them are they were known as Riser we know what they do but were never caught by any officer even though no one knew their face.
