Rika was the moon, and V was the sun. Together, they found three children in need of saving from their abusive homes and turned them into stars that shined so brightly. But V sent one star away to an intelligence agency, and then another star disappeared in the middle of the night, all while Rika became more mentally unstable. She attached herself to the remaining star and grew resentful of the sun She couldn't imagine living without, so when She found the lost star, it all clicked. She needed to start Mint Eye and save those two once and for all.

Now, six months following the creation of Mint Eye, V has found out that Rika reconnected with that lost child, Marigold, and brought her into Mint Eye alongside Saeran. And now his goal of dismantling Mint Eye has changed. He needs to find Marigold's childhood photos, slip them under her door, and hope they trigger the memories of her and Saeran's past. Maybe that'll help Rika realise the damage She's done.
