But one of her best friends took the saying 'keep your friends close and your enemies closer,' a little to literally. Now she was on the run. Next thing she knew she was on the Volkvolny with a crazy captain and a crazy crew. What will happen as she steps onto the land of her birthright? Will she crumble to the ground or rise above all else? [I have not finished reading the books yet. I will make changes to this story as needed. Pre-Shadow and bone- as far as I get. I am also a terrible writer so just try to bear with me. If you can't, I completely understand. Zoya is ~33-34 in this so I feel a little less guilty about her having a teenager kid.]
