Heroes, Vigilantes, and Villains

As the heroes of Hermit Town grow older and more and more villains arise, so does a new generation of heroes. Or rather, illegal vigilantes with no permits, experience, or wisdom... and the villains are after one of them. Now the Top Ten must convince the vigilantes to earn their licenses, all whilst battling the worst villains Hermit Town has yet seen.
