Just me rambling

Technically this is just a ran for me whenever I actually have a mental breakdown because I have really lost self-esteem and I do actually hate myself trust me you don't have to look at this book I just have this for Myself cause WHY not But I Do Hope none of my friends Find this Because as much as they do care for me I do not like myself and I hate myself for knowing Zach reason PS don't feel pity for me as much as I know people might please don't I don't like pity
