"DUDE! HITCHHIKER!!!" "What? No way," said Bill. "Are you trying to get us murdered?" Marty was voted "Most likely to become a pop-star" in his high school yearbook, but has yet to become anything even close. Eight years later, he's still living with his mother without any work experience or post-secondary education. Most of his time is now spent fighting with showerheads and eating home-made chocolate chip cookies. So when an opportunity arrives for Marty to seek his fame and fortune in the hills of California, he immediately rises to the challenge. The only roadblock: Marty doesn't have his drivers' license. In an act of desperation, he convinces his best friend Bill to drive him halfway across the United States of America, not realizing how much of an adventure they're about to have. Along their journey, Bill and Marty encounter three peculiar hitchhikers, each with their own special forms of wisdom...
