What Happened Before the Events of this Story

You had only been a child when you witnessed the slaughter of your people- the Frost Giants. You hadn't realized there'd been so many survivors, or you would have never run. Talented with magic, feared by your people, and terrified for your life, you hide among the retreating Asgardians as they are summoned back to their home. Heimall, the all-seeing guard of the Bifrost, discovers you almost immediately. You're taken in by the Asgardians, with magic placed upon you so you are no longer blue. Being a child, you were happy. But as you grew you grew angry and bitter. After an attempt on the king's life, you are sent below to the prison. You spend a few years there until a new boy shows up. You recognize him as the younger prince of Asgard. So when he is placed in your cell, you have a lot of questions for him.
