Chapter One

At the very beginning of the Revolutionary War, Alexander Hamilton finds himself face to face with Major Beckett, the adopted son of General Washington who apparently has no known record of his existence.

Major Beckett is distant and cold when Hamilton just wants to know him. The infuriating thing is that Beckett can read Hamilton like an open book and Hamilton can't figure out anything about him.
