Alaric Moore is a foster kid from New York. Walking home on a normal day, something happens that changes everything. When a robbery goes very wrong and he is being shot, his life flashes before his eyes, but the visuals and memories are from someone elses life. While trying to understand what he saw, unexplainable things happens and he finds himself in a world way different from his own. For a second her face looked very serious, but then she smirked at me again. "Going for it tonight I see?" she said and raised an eyebrow at me."Do you run away if I say yes?" I asked, taking her hand in mine. My heart did a flip as she shook her head. She closed her eyes as I slowly leaned against her and tilted my head. I let one of my hands on her neck. I felt her breath against my skin as I closed my eyes as well. My lips brushed against hers. - Chapter eleven
