Jocelyn Baratheon is the only true born daughter of Robert Baratheon and Cersi Lannister, he twin brother died of a fever which she never caught miraculously.

Since she was a child she was promised to Lord Ned Stark eldest son Robb Stark, but she doesn't love him, she really loves her brothers bodyguard Sandor Clegane, he loves her too though he never admits it knowing she will not be his forever.
