"your mum and I have decided that we would like to have a divorce".

I felt a million pieces shattered as I heard this, I mean I knew that was what it would be, yet it hit me like someone had inserted nails onto my chest. Yes maybe it was probably for the best but had they thought about me? I hadn't had the chance to see both my parents and now they were having a divorce?!
